Well I too guidance and I ordered the 13, although in this line I usually go with 12. Although the fit expert here spoke to height and instep it did not really speak to fit. I am glad I did send an email and get some guidance because although there is a bit of play a heel grip will address that. The shoe is beautiful, but then it is a Fluevog.

After more than a decade of looking at them online and in person and wishing and wanting and always thinking there were more important things to spend money on, I FINALLY bought myself a pair of Fluevogs. I can now tell you, they are as perfectly executed as you imagine - I don't believe I have ever owned a pair of shoes so well-made (and so beautiful - look at those heels!
