  • Gorgeous!

Plan on lots of patience and time to get the buckles buckled (also the straps are short and I do not have a high instep or high arch). The fasteners twist and shift as you're trying to align them with the holes in the straps. I don't have this frustration with my LE blue with pink bows Caravaggio pair. Wish the buckles were color coordinated like the LE rather than silver toned but I love them just the same. Note: I am able to wear the size 7.5 LE comfortably with silky legwear (with toe room) but this new 2026 pair I purchased in size 8 and can wear light weight cotton socks, as pictured, as well as various weights of other legwear.

  • Stunning!

I bought these shoes a year ago at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic as a symbol for me of brighter and beautiful days ahead. This last Saturday, I wore them for my Master of Arts graduation and they were simply PERFECT! Comfortable and attention grabbing for sure! Stay healthy everyone and Flue away....!

  • Gorgeous shoes, and so comfortable!

I have the pink jacquard ones. I don't wear them unless I'm willing to talk to people, since they are so stunning they get lots of comments. And they are really stable and comfortable, so good for my older feet.

  • Totally gorgeous!

Beautiful art that I can't stop staring at! My Fluevogs range from 7, 7.5 or 8 and I found 7s to work perfectly - I have medium width feet, long toes and low instep.

  • So in love!

Picked up these beauties today and they are even prettier in person. The gold and purple embroidery compliments the pink so well! And who doesn't love baby blue bows! Typically wear a 6-6.5 and picked up the 6.

  • LOVE

Just received these last night. I was so in love with them, I ordered them even though they were technically a size or so smaller than my normal shoes(I typically wear a 7.5 or and 8 and I ordered a 7). luckily they fit perfectly...maybe even still a little long. they were just a smidge tight in the width just at the base of my toes but as I've worn them, they now fit perfectly.

They were comfortable right out of the box(which almost never happens) and they are so fabulous everyone is complimenting me left and right.

  • Gorgeous and Comfy!

Wow! I was in your Chicago store on a recent vacation when I spotted these beauties! Tried on the Size 5's and they fit perfectly! I bought them on the spot and wear them with a lot of my wardrobe items..I get tons of compliments on them! This is my 3rd pair of Vogs and I love them all! Bravo on these fabulous shoes! :D

  • yes.

I ordered these beauties in the grey paisley. They stole my heart. Ordered 9s, my normal size, and they fit perfectly. They do not pinch my wider toes. And it is far easier than I expected to match them up well with my black-based wardrobe.

These are hot. In a catch-your-breath sort of way. I ordered them as party shoes, but until they make their splashy debut, they sit unassumingly in my bedroom. I am considering ordering bedding to match. And a white corinthian pedestal. They warrant prominent display, perhaps, even, a small altar.

  • Don't shelf the Caravaggios!

    I'll be honest, I don't own these.

I own 12 pairs of Vogs (SO FAR), but these ones slipped past me before I had the opportunity to pick them up. Yes, they are still available in paisley, but it's a bit too light of a look for my taste.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE produce these babies in a gunmetal grey, or shiny silver, or cherry red... or even a much darker paisley!

These are too gorgeous to finish production so soon.

(also, a favourite-ing system that emails you when your ideal style/size/colour is on sale or nearly sold out, like modcloth.com has, would be AMAZING on fluevog.com - I expect it would even increase sales.)

  • Reimagining Myself

When I saw these in the solid colors last year I was totally 'meh' about them. Then suddenly this girlyromantic/Edwardian phase hit me, and I went downtown last week to try the Brightmans, the paisley Caravaggio, and the turquoise Mollie Johnson. I bought these. They are so secure on my foot! I own more 'sturdy' Vogs like Luxon and Serene and Guide, but these are the only ones that I would try to run in. The paisley is beautiful, and looks grey from normal viewing distance. I swapped out the black ribbons for some grey ones and they are beautifully neutral and work with all kinds of flouncy stuff now. There is always something to help me reinvent myself at Fluevog. Also, Willy is still a saint!

  • I just got these yesterday, in the burgundy. I've been contemplating them for a while; the first time I saw them (in pink), I thought them too fussy. But something kept pulling me back to them, and once I bought the Baroque Reubens, I knew I needed these too. The heels are sufficiently modest for a tall woman like me, and they're quite comfortable. I'm now planning what skirts I need to sew up to show them to best advantage.

  • My 10th pair!

Yes, my 10th pair arrived Sydney yesterday! I bought this in burgundy, sz 7. It fits me perfectly even though I did not try it on before since there was no size for me to try on in the Gastown store last Aug. I tried other similar styles and was told that I should fit in sz 7. With faith & memory, I ordered the last pair of sz 7 in burgundy so that I could enter the competition of 10 years of free shoes as there is no Fluevog store in Australia. And I won't be in US until later this year. I don't think there is a Fluevog store in the city that I will be going to. So praying that I will win! Looking forward to the paisley pair. I already got the boots last Aug and am now striding them in Sydney lately due to cooler weather. John, please consider opening a store in Australia, preferably in Sydney. If not, I will fly there, still closer to US or Canada. Very Happy with my new shoes. Can't wait to wear them!!!

  • Going for Baroque

I admit it. I bought a lot of the new spring line this year, but only because so many of the new designs and colourways spoke to me. This one in particular caught my eye as I have boots in the same pattern, and the compliments have been endless. The pattern, the bows, the style - soft, sexy and edgy at the same time, just as all my Vogs are. No wonder when I want to impress the politicians, musicians and celebrities I meet in the course of my work I wear Vogs, because they never fail to be noticed!

  • Life is short, buy these shoes

I had my eye on the burgundy caravaggios for ages, and since there is now a Vog store in Minneapolis I figured I might as well take the plunge. I was worried about the fit because I have tiny feet and so some heels are just not meant to be - I usually wear between a 5-6 in womens, or (according to the army) a size 3 wide in mens. At the store I made a quick prayer to every deity I could think of and tried on a 6 since that's the smallest they run, and they fit like a dream! They are super comfortable and I knew at once that they were mine. I bought these in the paisley and I still can't get over these shoes and how adorable they are! The cute bows, the funky heel... I haven't got a chance to wear them out what with all the snow we just had, but I've been wearing them around the house since I can't bear to take them off. These are my new favorite pair of heels, hands down. If you're wavering, just give them a try! I'm sure you won't regret it!

  • Ooh La La!

I bought the Baroque Caravaggio's in paisley, (my third pair of Fluevogs), and they are the coolest, most comfortable shoes ever! I ordered them over the phone, and Anthony in Denver advised me to go down a half size - a 6 rather than my normal Fluevog 6 1/2, and he was spot on. I'm wearing them next week to my great nephew's wedding. I'm wearing a short, full, midnight blue dress, and the paisley shoes will be the only print and the focal point. I just hope I don't upstage the bride!

  • Baroque Caravaggio's: FABULOUS, DARLING!

I saw these shoes online and after reading the reviews on various Fluevog styles, I still had no clue what size to buy. I needed Sherlock (Cumberbatch-version.) I was a bit put off by the return policy and rather time shortened guarantee on a designer product, but in the end, though, I couldn't resist the funkiness and was determined to make it work, like Tim demands.

I typically wear an 11 medium width in most non-designer casual or dress styles, or a 41 or 42 in casual Euro styles like Mephisto or Dansko. Even within a brand my size varies. I called the DC store and spoke to someone there who advised that I order the 10.5 since it runs "wide." Since I sometimes find designer shoes are very narrow for my average width foot, I was a little leery of that advice, given the higher heel height. I ordered the 11 and subsequently received an email from the Denver store which had the caramel Caravaggios I ordered. They advised the 11. I bought the 11 and am glad I did. The 10.5 would have been too narrow and too short.

I just received them today after about a 2 week wait. They seem very comfy right out of the box, something that never happens with my shoes. They're slightly loose in the heel, but on the whole they fit beautifully. My toes are slightly cramped when walking or standing, but I am not used to wearing heels higher than 2 inches (these are about 3-3/4) and I rarely do that any more. I am practicing daily to learn to walk in gorgeous heels again.

Just to be thorough regarding sizing, I have to buckle these babies in the 2nd to last (loosest) hole on the 2 straps. Pulling tighter would be too tight.

These could be boxy, or designed to be too pointed but the angled toe box is both comfortable and very flattering. Makes a bigger foot look smaller (remember the big feet on Cinderella's stepsisters? That would be me, except I am nice, despite my big feet, and would never treat anyone like they treated Cinders.)

I will buy more Fluevogs. They are THE very thing I was looking for to go with a very classically styled, but asymmetrically modern dress for my son's wedding in March. The Caravaggio's are feminine with the bows, unique, glamorous, fun and totally different. These are perfect to make a contrast in style in a neutral color. No one else will have these shoes. They are fabulous, Darling! They should have been delivered on a satin pillow by a footman.

  • Awesome Sauce

I bit the bullet, bought these shoes in burgundy for my wedding, and I love them so much, I can hardly stand it. They're GORGEOUS, they're the perfect heel height, and they're also incredibly comfortable. I love them so much, I sing lullabies to them at night. They're so awesome, I set a place for them at dinner. I'm not one to rave about shoes, but I have a serious crush on them.

  • Bellissimo!

I am an expat Canadian living in NSW Australia. There are no Vog outlets here unless I travel to Melbourne Victoria. So I peruse the Vog site regularly and put an order in with my father. He then goes to either the Gastown or Graville stores, to try these shoes on for me. If they fit him, they will fit me! How AWESOME is my Dad? He was worried a bit about these, but they are a perfect fit! My only complaint is the length of the ankle straps. I have to put in another hole and the strap is gonna be short!

I have a wider foot and these are just beautiful on. I get compliments galore when I wear them. I bought the burgundy colour and they are divine!

    Love these Vogs!

  • Love, love, love!

I have been coveting these shoes for a while now, and finally bought them this week. They arrived yesterday and I immediately put them. These are my 5th pair of Fluevogs and true to Fluevog, they are as comfortable as they are stunning. I wear a size 8 and each pair of Fluevogs I own are 8s. I've never had a sizing issue. My only regret was wearing a long pair of jeans that covered too much of the shoe to sufficiently show them off. I love the neutral color of the tan. They are everything I had hoped they would be.

  • Sensational.

I may never take these off. Seriously. I ordered these in tan and am dreaming of all of the places these shoes and I will go! They are sensational -- true to size and absolute perfection. I've got it bad for Fluevogs.

Thank you, Boston and the entire Fluevog family!

  • I got these for my wedding shoes in the tan color. I'm planning to change out the bows to match the bridesmaid dresses. After the wedding I plan to wear them with just about every dress I own. The tan color will go with absolutely everything. I wear a 9 in most non-vogs, have a couple of higher heeled vogs in 10 1/2, but ended up getting these in 8 1/2 (which are snug, but not tight) because my foot was pretty loosy goosy in the 9.

  • I got a pink pair. I bought a size bigger. I'm usually around 7, but there only size 8 avilable. Even though, it's little big, I have wide feet. it definately fit better. If I had got size 7, it would've been too tight!

P.S. I only put '6' for whether I'd recommend Fluevog or not to my friend... Because I don't have many friends who'd love Fluevog style...and it's not cheap so that's why! I LOVE THE SHOES.

  • Gorgeous *and* comfy! What a combo!

The first pair of shoes I've owned that have inspired strangers to stop me on the street to take photos of them! I bought these in the pink, which is an antique, dusty peach-pink with a mature but feminine look. They pair nicely with black, ivory, and lots of autumnal tones of green/brown/blue. I have wide feet with bunions (ugh!) so I got these in a half-size up from my usual Vog sizing of 8.5 and was happy I did, as they fit perfectly with just a little stretching by my cobbler. The only downside is that I now want them in *all* the colors!

  • Not really a pink...

Okay this is for those of you ordering online: the pink is more like a muted peachy pink, a very romantic soft shade that's flattering on anyone. I did want to match it with a soft pink purse and it made the shoes look faded. Ugh, no good. If you think of an antique shade, then you're on the money. I love these shoes, yet another pair I fell in love with once they were on my feet. I am between a 9-9.5 and went with the 9 and very glad I did. After wearing them for about 5 times, they've expanded and I can actually slip them on without doing the individual buckles which is convenient, but they didn't expand so much that they're too big. I ordered a lace dress off Zappos in a muted peach shade and these look amazing with them! I'm seriously considering other shades. I did pull on the bow and one of the ribbon inserts came out, which it's supposed to do, but I like this matching color. I just used a chopstick to push it back through, no worries. Maybe I'll switch out the ribbons later, but for now they are perfect as is!

  • Way cuter in person!

I wanted a pair of statement shoes to go with a little black dress I'll be wearing to a formal wedding. I had been eyeing these and the Nefertitis for days, and I couldn't decide which I liked better. I ended up driving to Georgetown to see them both in person, try them on, and let my feet make the decision for me. It was a no brainer once I put these on. They're a lot cuter in person and really comfortable! I wear between a 9/9.5 and got these in pink in a 9.5. Perfect. I also left with a red pair of the Bartolis. Amazing!

  • These shoes are incredible! They are a perfect height and fit true to size in Fluevogs. The heel is easier to walk in than I thought it would be (due to the shape) and they fit like a dream. As a note: the ribbons are removable, so be careful when you are tugging the straps around to get them straight, as if you tug on the ribbons they will pull right out! They are very easy to put back in, though, and allow for swapping of colors and styles of ribbon.

  • New Addition to My Shoe Museum

I've never been shoe-crazy, but these shoes are -- simply put -- works of art. I'm ashamed to say that in the year I've owned them, I haven't worn them once because I can't bear the idea of them getting scuffed or marked. I will have to suck it up eventually, but I hope this is a shoe that Fluevog will add to its permanent rotation because they are so unbelievably perfect and gorgeous that I want to own them in every color for the rest of my life.

I have tried them on and walked around several times, and can vouch for the fact that they are very comfortable, but mostly I just look at them and sigh.

  • Gorgeous, yet comfortable

I could wax poetically about how gorgeous these are. Between the heels, the bow, that burgundy color... what is not to love? I could mention how many compliments I have received since putting them on this morning - three before I got to my desk. But, what I really want to mention/thank you for is the comfort. I was nervous about these due to my wide feet. Once I slipped them on, my worries erased. They fit like a dream and I could walk around in them all day and forget I was wearing shoes. Thank you, thank you, thank you for creating such a gorgeous and comfortable shoe!!! @>-

  • Dear John,

Thank you for two pair of the finest, most well-fitted, and beautiful shoes I have ever owned.

I'm sure I could have paid more for a shoe, but it wouldn't have been a better shoe.

I'm grateful for my health, my job, my home, my car, and my family and friends are my LOTTO. I am grateful for my shoes and that you exist to design them.

A hug and a kiss for you and those who work for you,

  • Baby Fluevogger

I purchased a pair of Baroque Caravaggios in burgundy. The best compliment I received so far (and I received many) was when a guest (I work for a hotel) flagged me down and immediately pointed to my shoes and said in Japanese, "Your shoes are so cute!" - and he's just three years old!

  • Party like it's 1632

Dude... Even the souls of these shoes are gorgeous!

I have a wide foot, and I wore a pair of socks with them around the house to break them in for a day... and now I can dance all night in these supple leather beauties.

The compliments, the looks! The way it looks amazing with a black dress!

The Burgundy ones are mine, because who doesn't like a sexy red kick?

I just adore these shoes so much that I came up with excuses to wear them at work...

Now if Fluevog would only make this in a pastel color... I could get my Marie Antoinette on!

  • Gorgeous, unusual, and comfortable!

I have a pair in burgundy, and they may be my favorite Fluevogs yet. I love them so much that I finally did something I've never before had the guts to do with heels, and wore them all day at work. I stuffed a pair of flats in my bag just in case, but I never needed them. I got compliments and people checking out my shoes all day. I don't know how Fluevog manages to make such comfortable heels, but I'm glad they do! These are too pretty to save for special occasions.

  • Yummy - Perfect Shoe Candy!!!

OMG!!! I LOVE these shoes!!!! They are what I believe walking in Heaven will be like. I went to the Portland store for the first time and Gerry was an absolute doll - doting and fun. I went in thinking I would be purchasing the Amazing boots - however, these sang a siren song beautiful I had to try them on. Very true to size (I am a 10 and normally wear 10.5 in Vogs) and so lovely to walk in. I cannot stop smiling these make me so happy :-) Go out and get these for yourself - right now!

  • They Made me Swoon

So when a business trip had me cruising to LA for a day I KNEW I had to work a stop into the Fluevog store!!!! So much to see, so much to love but I zoomed in on these babies in the burgandy. Comfy stable heel, comfy roomy toe and just the right height to keep too much pressure off the ball of my foot. The t-strap offers enough flexibility with fit that I think I can rock these with socks, tights or just hose. They looked suprising cool with skinny jeans whihc I didn't expect when I was trying them on. As a bonus, if I was feeling crafty I could switch out the ribbons. Seriously love these so much I may have to get them in black - despite my repeated claims to having enough black shoes- just for more options to dress them up. (BTW - Keith was super friendly and helpful!)

  • Love at First Sight!

I fell in love with these on the Flueblog and have been anxiously awaiting their appearance at my local store. I already owned the Rubans which ran really big for me and these ran even bigger. I normally wear a 7.5 in regular shoes, 7 in most Fluevogs. My Rubans I bought in size 6.5 and these I bought in a 6! YMMV, however. In lots of shoes on here where people mentioned sizing up, I've sized down.

This are gorgeous, comfy, and as well made as always!
