I bought a pair of these from my friend a few months ago. My friend ordered a size 10 1/2, and these shoes did not fit her. I am a size 8 1/2, and these fit my feet perfectly. Rather comfortable, GORGEOUS, and seemingly very durable as well. Definitely size up, especially if you have wide feet like my friend and I do lol

I have a wide forefoot and I wasn't sure I could make these work. I have a high arch as well, and the seam atop my foot was digging into my skin. I was able to get them to relax a bit after strolling around the house in them, and now they fit nicely. If your metatarsals like cushion, this won't be a 'walking to dinner' shoe, but I plan to wear them to weddings and places with nearby parking. Painfully beautiful, but also a little painful after a long walk, yet they are worth it. I went up half a size from my normal 7 and the length is just fine. If they loosen up a bit more I'll add a metatarsal pad and they will be truly perfect. I have cute Fluevogs, beautiful Fluevogs, funky Vogs. But these are truly sexy.

I love these. I got these as a gift and they couldn't fit any better if they were made for me, but I have an extremely narrow foot (4a width). I did have to tighten the strap as far as it would go, but the heel holds well with no slippage. I can't imagine these would be wearable for anyone without a narrow foot. So if you have a normal to wide width foot, definitely look elsewhere. Length wise, they're true to size and the pink color is stunning.

I LOVE these shoes so much that I have been eagerly awaiting a second pair for nearly ten years. I am still wearing my oxblood pair from 2016, and they are nearly at the end, but I must say that they are better quality than the 2025 re-issue. The leather on the new ones scuffs easily, whilst my 2016 pair still remains unscuffed (and I wear them OFTEN). The heels on the black 2025 re-issue are PAINTED and need to be touched up with sharpie frequently. The 2016 heels are either not painted, or are painted so well that the paint has never come off in the slightest. I doubt that the 2025 re-issue will last as long as my 2016 pair. In fact, pretty soon the 2025 re-issue might well look more worn out than my 2016 pair, given the damage they have already sustained from light normal wear to my office job.

These shoes are gorgeous, but the leather is so thin by the heel, it began to peel the first time I wore them.

Anthony at the QC store helped me. I ended up with an 11 because I have a high arch and they do fit short. These are spectacular. Husband calls em the mullet of the show world. Business in the front, party in the back. They're amazing. Anthony shipped them to TO from the store and was awesome.

I've been lusting after these since they debuted, and now that the Sarcastic Sale is on, I had to have them! I debated between the pink and green and finally settled on the pink. As others have said, they are a bit stiff, is I'll be wearing them with socks around the house for a while before they make their debut to the world. But does anyone know, with this type of treated leather, is it safe to spray them with a protectant spray to keep them looking their best? Thanks!

Received these pink beuties and when put on felt like Cinderella's. By reading the reviews ordered 11.5 even my usual size is 10.5-11. And it fits like was made for my feet. The staff in Calgary emailed me on Sunday evening to ensure that i wanted larger size and added more pads to insert incase the shoes will be too large. So sweet and kudos for such a detailed and tailored customer service. Will enjoy wearing them anytime. So soft inside and comfortable loke a fairy wore them before to stretch them for me. Thank you for creating such interesting piece.

I got these shoes and sent them back the minute I put my poor feet in them. They are cute, but painful. I got a full size up, and have narrow feet, but these were so uncomfortable... There is absolutely no give to them at all - like they're made of wood. Nothing like the other Fluevog shoes I have and love, except they are cute looking, I'll give them that!

I am a fan of these incredibly freaky and awesome shoes that don't just look cool but are actually comfortable. I have a bunch of the Operettas and Mini Fluevog styles, which look like they would be easier to walk in and more comfortable, but the Queen Transcendents are actually more comfortable than either. The leather is pretty stiff and can dig into your foot a little bit around the opening but one of the helpful salespeople wore them in for me by stretching and pinching the leather with a tool she had. There is plenty of room in the toe without feeling like my foot is slipping around, and the platform lessons fatigue from impact on the ball of the foot (a problem I have with operettas after a while). I am going to be wearing these to all my opera auditions from now on.

My first set of Fluevogs but certainly not my last. I wanted the red ones but when I saw the purple ones in the store I just knew they were mine. I have the hardest feet to shop for having a high arch, high bridge and a broad instep on a size 11 foot. These precocious Marie Jane's are so comfortable they practically walk themselves. I can wear them all day at work with no problems. They are the perfect addition to my 50's inspired wardrobe, and quirky personality. They did require some stretching, but that was not really an issue as most shoes do with me. I do wish the straps were just a little longer. A big thank you to the staff at the Montreal store on St Denis. They are warm, friendly, helpful and love their Vogs!

I just got these beauties today (in pink). I am definitely glad that I heeded the advice of the sales associate from the Quebec store (thanks for your help) and ordered these shoes 1/2 size up as they are narrow (although there is lots of room in the toebox, which is great for my long mutant toes). These shoes are quite stable (thanks John for designing these shoes with a solid platform) although I think it might take a couple of wears before these shoes are fully broken in for me. However, after that these shoes will be perfect.

I'm so glad I took a chance on these! I got them in green, and they look amazing. Definitely heed other peoples' experience with sizing! I normally wear 7-7.5 in other brands, and I got these in 8 and they're perfect. I feel like they were made for my feet- the toe of the shoe looks dainty and softly rounded (not wide looking), yet my toes can move and not feel pinched at all throughout the day. The pitch of the shoe makes the heel height feel much more gradual than it appears, so they were comfortable for a loooong day at work. I can't wait to get the Nefertitis next!

What a surprise to find them in white! Amazing shoes and unmatched customer service! They run about half a size small.

Oh boy, this store is always dangerous. I have wee feet so it's a little sad that not all styles run lower than a 6. However, on this fine sale day, they had these beautiful heels in my size! They look rickety, but boy, are these heels mega stable, just like my Fluevog boots :) They are really stunning, ultra unique heel and super comfortable. The gals at Gastown were amazing, did a bit of stretching around hot spots on the shoes while I waited. I chose the purple/black combo (only colour way that comes with a coloured heel!) even though the pink ones were really my fav, thought the darker colour way would match more things. Love. Love. LOVE!

I love these shoes! They are freaking gorgeous. I can't wait to walk down the aisle and run around the French Quarter in mine. Tip on fitting: your size is not what you think it is. You will need to go up at least half a size, though if you have wider feet I'd go up a full one. Worth it!

I tried these fierce bitches on at the Mulberry Street store in NYC during the contest to win a pair of vogs for 10 years. I went in with the distinct plan NOT to buy anything. So I tried on shoes I thought I'd never be able to walk in (they looked about an inch higher than anything I wear) and picked the pink ones because I thought they wouldn't go with anything I own. Well, Alan put a pair of 9s on my feet (I usually wear an 8.5 and just as Alan suspected, that was too small/tight) and I was transformed. But I held off. I was "good." But I kept looking at them online, salvating. Then boom, the Annual Sale and they're $100 off! Plus I had a credit with the store. What was a girl to do but call up the NYC store (I live upstate now) and get these girls shipped to me ASAP! I'm a long time vog wearer, since 2000 with over a dozen pairs. These are up there with my favorites. I find them to be very comfortable despite looking like they wouldn't be. I love an ankle strap as my feet otherwise slip in the heel to the point of me abondoning heels sans ankle strap. The style of the heel couldn't be cooler and I love the buffed pink on the toes and heels. I consider myself to have wide feet but no issues with width here. Thanks to Alan at the NYC store, as well as Paul who hooked my up over the phone. Time to go break some hearts!

As soon as these became available I had to have them! So sexy on so many levels! I bought them in the burgundy and love them to bits. I normally wear a 9 in other brands and I bought these in a 10 and I still find them difficult to wear for long periods. The leather is quite stiff and unforgiving to feet so find your thickest, fluffiest pair of socks and wear them around the house until you break them in. That being said, the first event I wore them to that caused me some pain was an event that had me on my feet for 4 solid hours-standing mostly in one spot on a concrete floor, I would have been better off if I had been able to at least move around more. As far as I am concerned that was a worst case scenario for any occasion I would be wearing high heels and to be honest, while my feet were sore and I was glad to take them off at the end of the night, I had no blisters, no rubbing, just sore feet. These shoes are simply stiff and need thorough breaking in- or at least events where you won't be standing all night. Don't give up! Or if you just can't do it, try the Nefertiti's, I also own those and the open sides with the softer leather make them so much easier to wear. The compliments I have received wearing these shoes are countless- worth every penny and the break in process

So, I wanted these in purple since they came out...alas, I showed restraint. That is, until I went into a local shop that carries a few vogs and saw these were thirty percent off for boxing day. AND I had a gift card from the in-laws. I got a 10, which is a full size up from my "true" size. I also have the Nefertiti in 10. As someone with a narrow heel, these shoes are snug enough that I do not need to wear a heel grip. OH, and my five and a half year old niece loves them. She has already told me she wants my shoes when she is older, and has the eye for vogs.

My husband spotted these shoes in San Francisco - we were window shopping on a Sunday morning before shops had opened. He used his entire body to try and block my view because he knew I would have to have them. I bought them in green a full size larger than I usually wear (I am a 9/9.5 and got a 10). the fit is perfect on my left foot; still a bit tight on my right foot which is half a size bigger. The first time I wore them was to a wedding and they gave the bride a run for her money. They were comfortable after being on my feet all night and then walking approximately a mile back to the hotel. Everyone wants to know about these shoes when I wear them. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

I walked into the Queen St. store in Toronto and fell in love. The claw foot heel stole my heart, and I knew I had to have them. I eventually purchased a pair in the burgundy, and I get compliments every time I wear them. I had to go up a full size from my usual, though - thanks, Fluevog, for making these in a size 12!

That's the only word to describe these amazing, classy and very comfortable shoes! They are clearly my new love. You ask if one would recommend Fluevog to a friend or college? I said absolutely. I must say however, I will hesitate in doing so, as I want to be the only one in the room wearing these timeless treasures! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!! Can't wait to add more to my collection!

My brand new PURPLE queen elizabeth's arrived today (with my new Bellvues) and I am sooo happy. The Fluevogian elves were superswift in delivering my new gorgeous shoes - just in time for my birthday. I wondered if a 4th pair of purple Fluevogs would be a bit over the top. I was wrong. They are a necessity. Thank you Fluevog!

Not a heels-type girl, but these, oh my. Tried them on while stopping in Calgary, didn't want to take them off. Jody was super awesome and sized me up a half size: perfect. Feel like an amazonian elizabethan.

Since the first time I saw these shoes I have fallen in love with them. The heels are so unique. Then I discovered them on European online site Raspberry Heels (www.raspberryheels.com) and I did not wait a minute. Overall, the service of the EU seller was excellent, very professional, with perfect help on sizing. I received my order within few days and enjoyed the lovely postcard that came in the box. About the sizing: I wear 7.5 in Zazas and 8 in others Vogs families (Amandas, Baroques); I have medium wide foot. I agree with other reviewers that this model run small and narrow. I debated going whole size up, but at the end I chose just ½ bigger (8.5) as 9 might be too long. The fit is OK in length but my cobbler had to stretch them quite a bit (and I do not have wide foot). If you have wider foot I recommend going whole size up.
