Like the other styles in the 7th Heaven family, these are roomy but fairly true to size. As there are no 1/2 sizes, you may need to add an insole to take up any roominess. A little lifting in the heel is to be expected as there is a thicker sole and elastic on the buckle. Buckle these on the tightest hole possible for the best fit.
