Where have you been all my phone-carrying life?

I'd been putting up with insufficient solutions for carrying my phone sans pockets and didn't want to be burdened with a bag; they were functional but not cute. This pouch matches my style, is elegant and sturdy, and also keeps me from mindlessly fiddling with my phone to some degree. I also appreciate that it has card slots, which frees me up to replace my current case that fills that function, but I dislike aesthetically. Plus, Ripley, the excellent Fluevogist at the Brooklyn location, pointed out that the grommets allow for charms!

Matilda is such a unique phone bag with unique possibilities

The design of this case is amazing. It’s light and comfortable. It holds my phone firmly; no fear of it falling out, you have to tip it upside down for it to fall out, I checked. The fabric tethers are soft and don’t pull or rub, so they’re gentle on my clothes. Plus, you can adjust the length so easily. I tried it pulled up to my neck (to discourage pick pockets) and it still looked really good. Then I swapped the tethers for a chain and it became a statement necklace. This might be my best Fluevog purchase.
