The Ocotillo fits true to size on most, but depending on the shape of your foot, you may be more comfortable going up a 1/2 size. A simple heel grip or a halter cushion forefoot pad can make all the difference, improving fit and helping you feel more secure.

Soft spun gold!
If the back of my heels were a bit more substantial I could have gone to an eight and a half. As it was I stuck with the size eight so there's no heel slip, but my toes are to the end... though comfortably so with the soft pliable leather they can cozy up to.
