Shoes to Rule in Style

Description

The inspiration was a mixture between fun modern and sophisticated attitude. The image was first drawn out with pencil and then scanned into the computer and digitally colored through the program Corel Painter, using the digital airbrush and a blending tool. The only reference used beside that of the shoes was a few images of crowns to get a style that fit that era. This was a lot of fun to do! Trying to mix the traditional yet modern style of the shoe with a traditional yet modern style image... something with some sass and attitude for fun... was a complex problem but it was a joy to solve and it's so cool to see other people's solutions as well! I feel this image was worth the time put into it!
