We’re excited to announce that Arabella Barros has stepped into the role of Creative Director for John Fluevog Shoes! Many of you already know Arabella as our Chief Design Officer, where she’s been leading the design team with care, creativity, and an incredible eye for what makes a Fluevog a Fluevog. In her new role, Arabella will have full leadership of Fluevog’s creative direction — shaping how the brand evolves while continuing to honour its roots and John’s unique vision through bold ideas and joyful weirdness.
John is beyond thrilled for this exciting new chapter in the Fluevog story. He and Arabella have worked together since 2012 and share the same values and creative vision. After 13 years of close creative partnership — a collaboration that will undoubtedly continue — Arabella brings a deep knowledge of our shoes and accessories, as well as an understanding of Fluevogers like no other.
Arabella has always understood my energy, and over the years has tuned into the essence of Fluevog. She is highly skilled in a variety of design capacities, which makes her the obvious choice to move the company forward into a new era.
