  We like to let customers play with the removable insoles in these as some people prefer to take them out when they want more wiggle room. If you are true to size, ordering your true size should be ok once you remove the insole. Otherwise you will probably find these very tight. If you are in-between sizes, order the size up and leave the insole intact.
