The Castellano is a little narrow. You will probably want to wear these with a dress sock. People with really narrow feet may be able to go a 1/2 size down as they have a very elongated toe.

Great boots!
I really like these. The elongated toe was longer in real life than I expected from the pics. Totally agree with the fit notes, I'm a solid 12 normal width. The boot is narrow in the front, but not the toes for me. Always get compliments on these, which isn't that common on an all-black boot.
