“Show Off Your Vog Fit” Contest Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. To enter, post a photo or video of you wearing Fluevog shoes and/or accessories on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and/or Threads. Posts must tag the official Fluevog account (@Fluevog) on the chosen platform and include the hashtag #FluevogDownUnder. User profiles and posts must be set to public in order for John Fluevog Shoes to view the entry. Multiple entries will be accepted. Posts must be published within the Contest Period to be considered eligible.
2. CONTEST PERIOD. Contest begins Monday, August 5th, 2024 at 12:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and ends Saturday, August 31st, 2024 at 11:59pm AEST.
3. PRIZES. There are three (3) Prizes of a $300 AUD Fluevog Gift Certificate available to be won. Gift certificates do not expire and must be used for purchases made in Australia or New Zealand.
4. WINNER SELECTION. Three (3) entries will be randomly selected to each receive a Prize of a $300 AUD Fluevog Gift Certificate. The winners will be contacted via direct message from the official Fluevog account (@Fluevog) on the platform from which the winning entry is selected (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads). John Fluevog Shoes is not responsible for late, destroyed, lost, illegible, and/or stolen entries, or any entry that is lost or late due to technical difficulties and/or transmission errors. The winner will be contacted by an employee of John Fluevog Shoes with details regarding receiving their prize. The winner must reply to John Fluevog Shoes within seventy-two (72) hours of being contacted, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. CHANCES OF WINNING. The chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
6. CONTEST ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all legal residents of Australia and New Zealand who are over the Age of Majority in their respective Country, State, Province, or Territory.
7. PRIVACY POLICY. Information collected by John Fluevog Shoes in connection with the Contest is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Each entrant agrees to the collection, processing, and storage of their respective personal data by John Fluevog Shoes for the purposes of the Contest.
8. LEGAL. The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, State, Municipal, and Fluevogian laws and is void where prohibited.
