Well, that’s not good! We are sincerely sorry about that. Any cobbler should be able to re-glue them back on quite easily. If your shoes are under the 1-year warranty, contact a Fluevogologist online through our Live Chat for options (just click the box on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen to start chattin’), or call your closest Fluevog store and they will glue them back up for you, or reimburse you for the cobbler’s fee.
