About Daylynn Drever

Daylynn Drever is a self-taught mixed media artist living in Langdon, Alberta. She started painting in 2019 to relieve stress and as an emotional outlet that balanced her work life as a Registered Nurse. Since then, Daylynn has been splashing paint around and creating art that brings her joy! She has been featured in local Calgary exhibitions over the years and has displayed her work throughout the city. She approaches creating with the mindset that there are no rules when it comes to art, and will often experiment with different mediums and projects. She loves when her art is able to connect with others and remind them of memories that make them feel empowered and happy or that inspire them to create something of their own.

About Head in the Clouds

The pieces in this show explore the balance of trying to excel and succeed with finding peace of mind. Life moves so fast and what you do with the time you have is so important.
