Please note insole can be cleaned using tide pens or spot cleaning. Terry fabric can be delicate when in contact with rough material. Loose threads then may occur. Can trim threads if needed.

Super cute, not super comfy
I've been waiting all winter to wear these, bought them at the end of the summer last year. Today it was finally warm enough and I was so excited! The left one is fine, but I've got a real friction point on the top of the right foot, where the buckle is for the middle strap. Hoping I can find some way to break them in, or else these are headed for the resale market. So sad!

Lost button! (But super comfy!)
Was SO excited to snag these shoes recently, from the W4th location. Wore them for the first time two nights ago and they were super comfy. However, came home to discover that one of the big accent buttons was gone! Super disappointed - but hope the button can be replaced!
