Medium and narrow feet should feel comfortable in their usual sizes. They can be a bit roomy in the back though, if you have narrow ankles you may feel some lifting. If you have a wide foot you may have to size up and pad the shoe out with an insole.

Great Shoes for any Adventure!
These boots are so soft and buttery just as Amber from Vancouver BC said they'd be! Love walking around in these boots, I constantly feel like I'm about to be spirited into an adventure story or fantasy at any moment. If I don't get spirited away these boots make everyday feel like an adventure regardless. I wear a 7.5 and have very narrow feet, but I grabbed these in a whole size 8 since whole size 7's don't usually fit my feet. It was a good choice for me since I can wear socks with these and with an high arch add an insole.

Luxuriously soft
I love these boots. The leather is SO soft. No break in required. I do find, after a long day on my feet, that I wish it had more cushioning on the sole, but I intend to add an insole. I regularly wear these for 12 hour days! They are subtle, but eye catching. I bought them in my "street size" 9. I have average width feet and a somewhat higher than average instep. The leather is super soft and the laces can be loosened, so they'd be forgiving for a higher instep and a wider foot.
