The Alan is one of two limited edition “kidney shoes” created in celebration of John’s successful kidney transplant in April 2025, and our way of raising awareness for donors and patients. Named after John’s kidney donor’s husband, Alan, these Northampton monk strap shoes feature a triple-strap design inspired by the kidney structure itself, metal buckles, and a beautiful, rich burgundy upper.
