I never received my fellow Fluevoger’s information. Where can I find it?
The information about your buddy will be available to you in your account. Once you log in to your account, navigate to the Gift Exchange section. You should be able to find all the information you need there.
I made a mistake on my questionnaire and/or shipping address provided for the Gift Exchange. Is it possible to fix it?
Yes it is possible to fix it, but keep in mind that your assigned Fluevoger might have already sent your gift, so any changes to your Gift Exchange profile or shipping address might not be received in time. Once you log in to your account, navigate to Gift Exchange. There you should be able to find and edit your information.
How do I mark my gift as sent?
Log in to your account and navigate to Gift Exchange. Click on a button that says, “I’ve shipped my gift.” Enter the tracking information or, if you do not have a tracking number, enter “N/A” in that field. Once you complete these steps, your buddy will receive an email letting them know that their gift was shipped and prompting them to mark it as received right from that email.
I received my gift and would like to send a thank note to my gifter. How can I do that?
To send a thank you note to the person who sent you a gift, you will have to log in to your account and mark your gift as received in your Gift Exchange section. Once you’ve done that, you will see an option to send a thank you note to your gifter.
What happens if I don’t receive a gift?
Unfortunately, this is a real and true possibility that cannot be avoided. We have a lot of faith in Fluevogers and will be sending regular reminders to all participants to send their gifts by the appropriate deadlines, but we cannot guarantee that every single person will abide by the rules. If you don’t receive a gift in the end, we’ll be sad and you’ll be sad, but after a light bit of moping, we’ll learn to cheer ourselves up somehow.
What happens if I don’t send a gift?
Please don’t do this. Thousands of your fellow Fluevogers sign up to anonymously swap gifts and 99% of them follow through. It’s a major bummer when one person receives nothing. Don’t let this happen to your assigned buddy!
