  • Miracle Boots

After seeing these boots online I was smitten and had to order right away. After unboxing and trying on I couldn't believe how comfortable these boots were right out of the box. Honestly, they fit like a glove.

  • BBC hits the spot.

Bought these online - worried they might be too narrow, but I was surprised how quickly they felt comfortable. Done in the blue laces -they grab attention (and cool points from my students... very important :)

  • The best ever!

I've never had a boot that fits so well from Day 1. That I can't seem to get another pair in Black, in my size...10-1/2...is utterly remorseful! Ah, so sorry.

  • Loveable After Wearing-in

I got the black bbcs. The blue inner-lining is definitely couture and makes these boots special. There are narrow boots and it took me about 3 months to wear them in so that they weren't so tight. Now they are pretty lovable.

  • Classic JF Boots

I got the brown BBC's in a size ten two years ago at christmas and I have worn them for two winters and they are still going strong. I haven't had to replace either the sole or heel in all that time and the leather has gotten scuffed and worn in a beautiful way. They work well with everything, can be dressed up or down and with the extra long laces you can get pretty creative with how you tie them. If you are a first time fluevoger and are a bit intimidated by some of the awesomeness at fluevog, this boot and others from the radios family are a good gateway shoe into the world of fluevogery - they were for me and now I own 14 pairs. Try them, love them, get addicted - its really the best thing you could do for yourself.

  • Great look, awful quality

I loved these boots and really wish I could recommend them. However, mine developed a tear in the fabric just above the sole that my cobbler couldn't do anything with except slap on some Shoe Goo to stop it spreading (which rather ruins the look). This happened less than nine months after purchase, a few weeks after the warranty ended, during which I wore them less than once a week. Deeply disappointing because I really liked them otherwise.

  • Questionable

I bought the black Radios last month and already they seem to be coming apart. One of the tags on the back ripped off with little pull, the sole seems to be separating from the shoe already, and I can see the bent exposed nails coming through the rubber on the heel. It's like they were put in sideways, or maybe that's just from walking on them constantly. I don't know. The rubber is also already cracking and chunks on the back and front of heels are starting to fall off. The sole is extremely thin and already wearing down on the sides, a goathead sticker can get through and poke your foot! I've already gone through both pairs of laces that came with the boots, neither lasted over two weeks before snapping during lace up. Highly frustrating. I work in an office, I don't do construction or go hiking in them or anything like that. I've done a fair share of walking in them around town, but that's about it. They are pretty comfortable and very cool looking, I like them, but for the price I'm a little disappointed. Maybe this is first time normal wear in? As this is my first pair, but I feel like they won't last 6 months at this rate.

  • So Comfy

Perfect fit (I'm a 10 and I ordered 10's), and so comfortable. Just enough of the camo peaks out from below the jeans to get that "second look." Many comments too (though my least favourite was "...get those at Cabella's?"--that person is off my Christmas card list forever). Love these and will get the black BBC's soon enough.

  • Great Boots

I bought these in 2012. I've worn them almost every day for 2 years - regular city wear. I did have some issues with the laces that came with the boots, they shredded in a matter of weeks (I suspect one of the holes for the laces is to blame). I've had them re-soled once. The stitching for the toe panel of the left boot has just come away and requires repair. That said, they're wonderful boots, I'll wear them until they fall off my feet.

  • Traveling boots

I bought these boots back in 2011. Since that time they have walked the streets of the world with me:

    San Francisco

    France

    Belgium

    Holland

    Vietnam

    Thailand

    Singapore

    Qatar

    Argentina

    Chile

    Uruguay

    Puerto Rico

    Hawaii

I've had them repaired and resoled in Hanoi, twice in Buenos Aires, and 3 times in Honolulu.

    They fit like a dream.

Today when I picked them up from repair, the cobbler told me, "I have been repairing shoes for 30 years and these are the best boots I have seen. So much conscientiousness went into making these. These are special. When you first gave them to me I couldn't understand why you'd be willing to pay so much for their repair, and then I felt them and understood."

So, I'll keep wearing these until they finally disintegrate, which at this rate will probably be years from now.

  • MENS BBC CAMOFLAGE AND BROWN

Picked up my BBC's at the Calgary store 3 weeks ago. Christian did a nice on line delivery package pick up for me at the Stephen Avenue location in Calgary. I gave that Atlas Leather a nice protection coating of my own special mix, to protect it from Calgary's crazy weather that goes from hot and dry to Artic Vortex Cold in 24 hours or less. DO I ever get the 2nd looks and look downs at these puppies when I am on campus or around town. What a score of a deal to add to my Fluevog arsenal of footwear.

  • Fantastic Christmas gift

Received a familiar shaped box for Christmas and was super excited to find my BBC's under the tree! After purchasing my Living Malcolms in black, I needed something from John in brown. With much thought I decided on the BBC. Couldn't be happier, incredibly comfy and uber stylish...what else would you expect from Fluevog!!! Now I have a black pair and a brown pair...next is green. Feature Keaton is size 10...here I come! Thanks to the great Fluevog staff for helping my wife out with this fantastic gift!

  • Simply the best

I bought my first pair of BBC's in burgundy just under three years ago and they still look and feel amazing. Last month I bought a second pair in black. My love for them is ever-growing - you will not regret this purchase!

  • Comfortable, Modestly Elegant, and Reliable for Any Outing

I was looking for a casual yet dressy boot as my first pair of Fluevogs, and am extremely satisfied with the quality of this footwear. In black, they come ready to wear and fit true to sizing with little to no 'breaking in' required. While they feel very light, comfortable and look not so flashy that they are inappropriate for consistent long-term wear, they are a pair of boots that deserve the investment of good care and protection to keep them at their best. The heel cap is half an inch thick and will likely require replacement if worn everyday. I would buy them in brown should you desire a more 'rugged' look.

  • Rugged look for the city

This boot falls right in the sweet spot of a rugged, brown boot that doesn't look like hunting boot and can still be worn with dress slacks. The leather is soft and the more worn they get, the better they look. The fit is perfect and even in the summer don't get too hot.

  • I am in my 50ish and didn't want a chunky or biker boot look, walked by your SF store and saw these boots , they fit true to size and don't feel like they need any breaking in, felt good with stockings and socks, boots unisex but has women's sizes too. Very pleased

I got the last pair of the charcoal and navy plaid BBCs in my size and oh my god... They fit my feet like a glove as if it was specifically made for me! I love these boots I will wear them with most anything even if they don't match I still try to pull them off!! Though the rest of my bogs now feel a bit lonely, and yours might too BUT I HIGHLY recommend these shoes!!

I can't say enough good things about these boots. I've had them in brown for about a year and I wear them more than any other shoe in my possession. They are comfy immediately, go with everything, and get tons of compliments. $/wear they're the best deal in town.

  • Great shoes....

Very lovely shoes and extremely light. Good quality. You should not size down or up; their very true to size. I'm exactly a size 10 so the fit is perfect with a little room for ventilation, however it is a bit narrow. That shouldn't be a problem for too long because the shoe will eventually stretch width wise after a dozen or so wears. Great shoe. I get many compliments and looks. Simple and elegant; casual but still dressy. A versatile and classic piece. I like

  • My first and go-to Fluevogs

I love my BBC in brown... They were my first and although I've since purchased 3 (!) other pairs, they'll always be my first love. They fit somewhat narrow and although the lovely staff at Gastown stretched them out for me, I still try to wear nothing thicker than dress socks under these. That being said, they've been worn in hip-level snow, over hidden black ice, in monsoon rain, and during muggy summer heat. Although the winter salt and sand treatment do a number on them, it's nothing that a bit of brown polish can't help and they just get more character over time. They're holding strong after two years of constant wear and have been resoled twice (front and back) and they're more dependable than most people I know! John, you're a hell of a matchmaker.

  • Magic

Just received my BBC's (extraordinarily fast shipping!). I'm a solid size 8 and feet are on the wide side. I ordered a size 8 and the boots fit comfy even with thick socks on. I think they'll likely stretch to even more comfortable proportions with wear. The oddest thing about these boots are they look small. I was certain the wrong size had shipped and had to double check. Even my husband looked at them and was doubtful I'd be able to squeeze my feet in, but somehow, magically they fit! Glad I made the purchase.

  • If the shoe fits, wear it!

I was in the store in TO trying on shoe after shoe last spring that had to be casual, comfortable, not too hot yet rugged on the holy land's rough roads. I was finding my Angels to be a bit too warm for the weather here. Finally the salesperson steered me towards the Radio BBCs. I tried them on and thought, 'wow'. the BBCs fit my narrow feet well, look sexy in their simplicity, and now that I've been wearing them for a few months am really loving the way they broke in. The blue interior and tag is not my favourite colour (how about red and orange next time?), but hardly anyone sees the insides, anyway. I'm pronoucing the BBCs as "just right".

  • Love Them

I took the train to NY just to get these shoes, I lusted over them and finally just went for it. I wear a 9 1/2 but the 9 fit very well, I do not have a wide foot. These shoes feel like they were custom made for me, I am use to a shoe with a thicker heel and sole and was surprised at how much thinner these were;they are so comfortable and I wear them with everything. It wil be Fluevog for now on.

  • Love 'em, but seams?

Pined after them, layed them away...went for size 11s in the black new narrow last for ladies' feet...usually a 10 in boots or 40/41 Euro...Picked them up today and love how they feel and look...BUT...why the interior seam on the inside of the back heel ? The exterior seam is mirrored inside and forms a hard ridge with stitching...

I would have paid another $50 for a boot with a smooth leather lining...

Will have to glue something on top or wear bandaids...

So many people swear by these so hopefully one gets used to it...:( (:-|

  • Great Boots

The Fluevog Boots are the best, my second pair. Bought them in NYC SoHo store last May after my sons wedding. I wear them with jeans, dress suits the old fashion design is one that should never go away with time. My other pair of boots are the dress version of the Poets in Black. The radio's are brown. Thanks John Fluevog and company.

  • My 3rd pair after meeting and falling madly in love with vogs only a month ago. The addiction is dangerous.

These boots are my favourites yet--they were instantly comfortable and needed minimal breaking in, and make me feel like walking all the way across Canada! They are rugged enough for when I go home to the Yukon, cute with a skirt in the city, under pants, over pants, laced up or worn slouchy... they are camping boots, walking boots, adventure-on-the-high-seas boots!!! :-D

  • Even Beautiful Boots Break Your Heart

I love these boots, possibly to an unhealthy degree. A few years ago I went to the store to convince myself not to buy them, they couldn't be as great as they look. After trying them on I wanted to never take them off! I've done all I can to care for them, given them breaks between wearings, but now they need new soles (the whole sole, not just the front part) and I can't afford the process. So they'll sit quietly in my closet until I can. Ugh.

Kenny Rogers taught me, "Don't Fall In Love With A Dreamer," and now I know why. It hurts, Kenny. It hurts.

  • love love love

I got the gray/blue plaid version and I love them! They do seem narrow, but my feet are not wide so it works out. The length is true to size. They look like old-timey boots. So glad to snag them on sale! Another happy Fluevog purchase!

  • Now I know why everyone has these

My brother-in-law had the Radio BBCs and I thought they looked fabulous on him, and then I kept noticing them on women walking around downtown Vancouver, so finally I jumped on the bandwagon and got a pair. Now I have a complete understanding of why there IS a bandwagon. These boots are fantastic; they look great, feel great, and will probably be just as great ten years from now. This is the kind of boot that ages well. The distressed brown leather is a nice touch. I found they fit true to size and, while they look narrow, they aren't. They couldn't be more comfortable.

  • Help!

I love my Burgundy Vogs, I got them a few months back and I LOVE THE COLOR. I use just a basic oil to take care of them but I was wondering if anyone knew if using Mink Oil would darken the color? I love it, and I don't want to ruin it.

    Rebecca

    Greg

Mink oil will certainly darken the Atlas leathers for up to 6 months.

  • I LOVE these boots!

I first saw the vegan version of the BBC boots and loved them but the lighter colors just didn't fit with my wardrobe, so I was thrilled to see the blk/navy version and it was love at first sight! I bought them at the Seattle store where the staff is always very helpful and friendly. (They even ordered my last pair of Fluevogs, which were out of stock in Seattle, and had them shipped to my house.) The first time out in these beauties I took them on a 6.5 mile walk and it was like they were made just for my feet. They were so comfortable and pliable that my feet felt great! They are both comfortable and stylish whether you lace them up all the way or wrap the laces around the ankles. It's no wonder why these are my eighth pair of Fluevogs, I love these boots!

  • LOVE these boots!

I pined after these boots for ages and then got them for my birthday last December. I have them in burgundy and was a little scared I wouldn't be courageous enough to wear them... I wear them with everything however and I love them. I find myself planning out my wardrobe to go with them. They are surprisingly comfortable and actually make my rather large feet (woman's size 10) look smaller. Also the longer I have them the better they look, the distressed finish has been getting pleasantly more distressed. @>-

  • Burgundy is intense

I bought these at the Graham Ave Alter location last night. I had seen them while browsing a few times and they had caught my eye but I was woefully unable to afford them until now (still probably not the best financial move) and I don't regret it. I'm a size 10.5-11 but I got them in 12 which suits my wide feet perfectly, and they're incredibly comfortable. I put some mink oil on them immediately which brought out the lustre. The burgundy color is intense -- not for everyone -- but great for me. It has kind of a punk aesthetic, but can be worn congruously by squares such as myself.

  • Oh, heaven!

My BBC boots arrived today, and I am astonished by the quality. Beautiful leather. Careful stitching. No flaws or faults. The boots are incredibly comfortable - they feel like they're already broken in.

I got a size 8 (wear a 7 1/2 in muggle shoes) and they fit perfectly. Jill from the Vancouver store checked the fit, and she even sent an extra pair of laces along - thank you! Spent the evening lovingly rubbing dubbin into the boots (I got the brown) and they're just wonderful. Can't wait for the slush to be gone so that I can start wearing these!

Just got my BBC boots in today. Ordered them Friday - super fast shipping. I opened the box - and fell instantly - and totally in love ,->

  • The perfect casual lace-up

I first saw (and then eventually bought them) these shoes in Toronto. I was there for vacation and was in a mission on getting a special 'anniversary' gift for myself. :) This was my first encounter with John Fluevog shoes. I passed the store three times as my eyes caught them from the window display, they kept lingering in my mind and then I finally decided to go in and check them out. I did this twice. Aside from just looking unique and great, they seemed of good quality and workmanship as well. After going passed the store and in and out for days, on my last day in Toronto, I decided I had to get them or else I was going to regret it for the rest of my life! It was like a movie! :D The people working in the store we're very helpful and 'encouraging' of course. And sure enough I wore it the same day! I had an instant oozing of self confidence as I had my first steps with these shoes. They were killer shoes for style and comfort. I wore them without socks (as it was summertime) and they fit like a glove, and my feet could breathe through the soft supple leather as well! I got compliments and second looks from passersby. Friends and random people compliment these awesome shoes!

Like I said, it's the perfect casual lace-up. I dress it up sometimes with dark jeans and a jacket. I got the dark brown ones with the turquoise laces! HIP! I find that using a neutral shoe polish/wax works best. As it doesn't really change the color (darkens just a tad) and even enhances and protects the natural wear and grain of the leather.

I tremendously enjoy this shoe John Fluevog! Thank you!

I don't normally bother with comments but these are the best pair of shoes ever. I haven't always loved Fleuvogs -- I find that an 8 is not always an 8 etc and I have bought some style duds -- but these boots are so comfortable and so attractive that I plan to buy a second and third pair,.,..assuming they ever go on sale!

  • I received a pair of I Believe Paul (short, tan) for Christmas that were a touch too big. So I went into the store to exchange them. While there, I decided to try on the BBC's, just too compare. They felt so great that I kept them, and returned my gift. Admittedly they aren't as eye catching as the Pauls are, but the BBC's comfort won out. I can tell that they will be my favorites for a long, long time.

  • Sizing Sadness

I wanted a pair of BBC boots SO badly I could taste them! Not really, but I wanted them very badly. When I visited the Boston store to try them on for size, I was so disappointed because I wear a women's size 9.5 or 10 and in this style the largest women's size is apparently a 9. The next size up is a men's 8, which is supposedly comparable to a women's 10. This is so not true! They were much too long. Awkwardly long. And the women's 9s were way to small. It's a shame there is such a big size difference between these two allegedly consecutive sizes. So bummed! (:`(

  • Perfect in every way

This boot is made out a deliciously soft leather that is an asset in fitting people without the perfect skinny little foot. How do i know this? Well one sunny summer day the gang and i stopped in the swank boston store were to my surprise i left with a pair off beautiful boots that were a bit snug on the old feet. Not something i do as i am super picky about how my shoes fit!! But with my super duper reasons of deduction and the assistance of the world famous Boston store (i.e. rachel hitting me over and over again with the fact that they will stretch!)

So the skinny on what i can tell you about these boots:

    1) My girls and i both own a pair of BBC if that is telling you anything. Heck i would own a second pair if it weren't for some pesky kids selling other fluevog varieties!

    2) If you are a 1/2 size go up to the next full size.

    3) My 11s stretched enough to allow me to wear a superfeet 3/4 insole in them, even though they were super tight to begin with. But Clare's(my girl) fit perfect to begin with and have not over stretched in any way. Hum, perhaps magic of some sort?

    4) I wore down the gummy leather sole on mine pretty quick and had a rubber 3/4 sole put on top to keep them trucking. I think the newest ones have a rubber 3/4 sole on them for this reason.

    5) These bad boys have survived me working in a machine shop environment with NO signs of stopping anytime soon.

    6) BBC boots look great with cuffed jeans or fancy pants for going out. Perhaps even attending a wedding if your hip enough?

So the BBC are both soft and loving while being ready for the rough and tumble life.

Thanks go out to the boston store for all there help and guidance in all things fluevogian.

  • I less than three the BBC

Went in to get the burgundy CBCs, but they were out of my size, so I tried on the BBCs instead...oh man, am I ever glad I did. Super stylish, soft and comfy. Only been a couple weeks and they've already opened up a bit on the sides for a nice relaxed fit. Easily the best, most comfortable boots I've ever owned, and a lovely alternative to my Supervogs.

  • Absolutely love the BBC's!

I have wanted Fluevogs since my raver/punk days in college some years ago. Since I've maintained some of the style influence from those good ole' days, I decided it was time to reward myself for those years of longing.

I have to say I couldn't have been more excited when I knew that my black BBC boots were on their way from Vancouver's Granville store. I am even more excited, and totally satisfied, now that I've been wearing my BBC's for a couple weeks. I work in a clinic and have even worn them for some of my 10-hour days on my feet and have never felt the horrible pain of new-boot blisters. It almost feels like they were made for my feet! I can't recommend these boots more highly! Rush out and get a pair!

  • Very chic, sturdy and affordable boots

I first noticed these on the Gravity Pope website after looking in vain for ankle lace ups that would fit my narrow feet/heels. Usually ankle boots are too wide on my ankles - even tightened up to the fullest. These still have room to adjust and look great! I usually wear a 9/9.5 shoe and a 9.5/10 boot. Since they only had the unisex 8 (ladies 10) in store and don't make half sizes, I surmised that even though I've got close to an inch between my toes and the end of the boots, due to the slightly pointed and curved shape at the front that the size 7/9s would be too small.

I did notice that between two identical sizes of the same black boot (from different shipments) there was a big difference in the inside feel of the boot. One pair had a bulky and uncomfortable seam inside underneath the toe cap topstiching, as well as a more stiff and protruding back heel seam inside. So I opted for the "newer" shipment pair that did not have the Topy sole on them, but were smooth and comfortable in the interior. I'm glad that I tried them in person.

Since they are on layaway (I was only going to try the size but when I realized how cool they were and how fast they sell I thought I should put tham aside)...I can't speak to the overall comfort and wearability, but judging by the other reviews they will be good for years to come.

A very beautiful shape, rugged, artsy and utilitarian. I have black ones on hold at JF and burgundy on hold at Gravity Pope (again I wanted to snag the ones with a comfy lining in burgundy while available).

    So, these fit a narrow foot very well, but have lots of room for adjustment. Excellent value for the quality of boot. Can't wait to get both of mine and run around town! :) :-}

  • kick butt boots

I made a beeline for these boots the minute I walked into the new Union Square store (more men's shoes please!). I was kinda bummed last season because I didn't think any of John's men's shoes were outlandish enough - kinda dull on the colors and near right-wing on the styles (well right-wing for Fluevogs) overall in my book. When I saw the blue plaid on the boots I just went (aahhhh)~,-> And then I tried them on and went (aahhhh)~,-> They look narrow, but they fit like a glove ... a very, very comfortable glove. Get a pair, put'em on, and kick some stylish butt.

  • A very fine boot

6 months ago, I saw a pair of Fluevogs on someone, and bravely asked her who made those boots. She told me. I came here, and decided I had to have the BBCs. They remind me very much of my Grandfather's WWI laceup boots. Nicely made, leather soft and supple. I, generally, wear boots - for ankle support and because I ride motorcycles. In this case, I have the added feature that I never much cared about - beautiful boots. A fashionista! Well, perhaps not, but I do enjoy these very much. Practical is my keystone on my clothes and boots. If they are dressy but inpractical, I don't own em. I don't need dressy. I need something that will happily get as scarred as my hands, and still be functional.

If you are wondering if you should buy your Fluevogs - stop, just do it. You will be happy you did. *Absolutely* the finest boot I ever bought. Will I wear my BBCs while on my bike? no, I have other boots for that, but in all other cases, it's me and my BBCs. As with other folks here, the support folks couldn't be more attentive and available. I don't leave near a Fluevog store, so Monica from San Francisco called me several times as we discussed various aspects of my boots. I got them friday and am loath to take them off. I cannot encourage you too much to go ahead - buy them. Just do it. /john

  • Soho Fluevog rocked my socks off!

Bought these magical shoes in black last week and have told everyone I know about them (including the infamous Big Gay Ice Cream Truck while I ate my Salty Pimp). I usually wear a women's 10 or 9.5 but they only had a men's 8 in stock. It fit great so I bought them on the spot. I have only worn them in my house since the weather has not been so nice (I'm a tad picky about rain and new leather)...but they are DARN comfortable and don't need breaking in at all! They are lovely to look at and delicious to wear. Thank you to the NYC staff who were AMAZING to me. LOVE my first pair of Fluevogs - fan for life right here! P-)

  • Radios rock

I received my Radios last week and have worn them ever since (giving my other nine pairs of Vogs a rest). They are soooooooo comfy and I love the soft waxed brown leather.

These absolutely rate ten out of ten stars!!!!!!

  • simply the best

I just picked up a pair of these today and WOW! The very first time i put them on it felt like i had been wearing them for years. They require absolutly no break in at all and are so comfortable right from the start. This doesn't supprise me though, Fluevogs are the most comfortable shoes a person can buy. This will make the third pair of vogs i have bought this week, I wonder what next week will bring? :-D

  • My fluddiction, satisfied

I am now the proud and thrilled owner of these boots in black. when they first appeared on the site, I knew they were meant for me. As always, the customer service I received was second-to-none!! When I opened the box I melted with the smell and the feel of the leather! I was a bit concerned that they appeared to be a bit narrow, but fear-not, kind sole-aholics,once upon thy foot, the boots mold to that perfect fit. The black do not appear to be as distressed as the brown; however, a bit of dubbin grease brings the lustre right out. And Im sure they will distress nicely on their own, as I do not desire to ever take them off. Fluevog clan... could you arrange payroll deduction for my purchases? I am now the gleeful owner of 6 pairs.

  • I am so happy with these shoes - they are a stunning shade of brown (more muted than the pictures online with a design that's vintage, yet timeless and classy while still being a good old everyday unpretentious work boot. Length-wise they run a bit long. I usually wear a 6 or 6.5 and ordered the 6, but they still have too much space in the toe. Width-wise they are very narrow. This works well for me because my feet are narrow, but if you have slightly wide feet these will not work for you. I like that they came with a second set of dark brown laces as the light ones are not as attractive and really draw attention away from the leather. Another small complaint is the conspicuous tag on the back. It is so unnecessary large and really quite ugly. It seems like such a strange aesthetic choice for shoes that are otherwise so tasteful. The blue on the interior is a fun touch though. I just bought these, so will have to see how they last (they are quite an investment). The sole definitely feels somewhat flimsy and I imagine will need to be replaced at some point in the future, but those criticisms aside they are really the perfect boot for men and for women!

  • I was looking for something like this boot online when I first discovered the BBC boot in Brown. I was off to Montreal the next day to pick a pair up! On first impression, I was surprised that the boots didn't quite look as slick and weathered in person as they do here on the site. They looked muted. Softer. I quickly bought some mink oil ($6. Apparently beeswax or dubbin will do the trick too.) and slathered it all over them. Perfection! It really brought the character and the grit out of the leather. This is one badass boot! Sometimes Fluevog gets it so right. They appear thinner than they really are. If they can accommodate my super wide flipper feet, then they will also fit yours. Boots fit to size. A little snug at first, but the leather does loosen up in time as it is so soft.

  • Oh John Fluevog, how do I love thee??

These babies are the newest "chapter" in my long love affair with Fluevogs. They are wonderfully snug and supportive and look, dare I say, dainty, even on my size 11 feet. They look great with jeans. The only dilemma really is choosing between the black and brown - I chose the brown which has a great distressed, vintagey finish. I absolutely luuurve these boots!! @>-

  • Tuned in, Turned on, and Vogged out!

A few weeks ago I went into the gastown store and immediately fell in love with these boots! I wasn't going to purchase anything that day, and I was going to put these on the "wishlist." However, once I tried them on, I didn't want to take them off. I tried the black ones on as they didn't have my size in the brown, but I knew I wanted the brown ones. I was going to wait for these to come in a few days, an maybe purchase them. I continued my day shopping around downtown, ended up at the opposite end of downtown when I got the phone call saying the boots had just come in. This was right around the end of they day, they had an hour before closing. My girlfriend and I booked it, we were practically running at times to get the store. We got there, and I bought them! My first pair of fluevogs. Saying I love the boots isn't even close to how I actually feel. They are comfortable, very stylish, and give you the greatest feeling when wearing them. I actually suggest buying them in a size that fits snug, these boots will stretch a bit and take on a perfectly comfortable mold to your feet! I could have written a 10 page essay about how great my visit to the store was and how awesome owning these boots has been, but I thought I would keep shorter. That is my first Fluevog story, I hope to have many more! Andrew

  • Rugged but also somehow dainty

This boot has a very close fit, and in the brown appears rugged yet also dainty. Not as much arch support as say the Coventrys, but comfortable. If you're a half size then you should definitely go up to the next bigger size.

  • and they DO fit!

I don't even remember how I found the Fluevog homepage, but when I saw those shoes, it was love on first sight. I WANTED them urgently. So I ordered them online, and as I was not sure about the size, I was advised by Amanda from a Canadian Fluevog Store (Gastown?) which size would fit my feet. This was service at it's best! I had so much fun writing with Amanda that I wish I could meet her for a coffee. When the shoes arrived, it was a hassle to get them from the customs, but they are worth every minute I had to wait there - I came home, opened the box and put them on my feet - and they fit! They were a bit snug for this very fist evening, but on the second day the seemed to have adjusted to my feet. Now I just wish there was a way to get another pair without paying the additional tax and waiting so long. :-D

  • I was worried about the fit of these boots because they seem a little narrow in person, but they work even with my funky feet. To me, they feel a tad more roomy than the Warrens. The worst thing about these boots is deciding which color to buy! But the rugged/vintage appearance of the brown won over the classy appearance of the black. Remember, they're Fluevogs - you can get black everywhere else!
